[PC] Scyzer signed strange scattergun

So I just found this gem hiding in some bot's bp, and I was wondering how worth it trully is. I'm not a very experienced trader and I would like some advice, thank you.

You might be able to get a couple extra ref or so out of it if you manage to find someone who's a fan, but since he's not particularly noteworthy I wouldn't bother with it.
