Piterek Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 Yesterday someone revealed a method to change your username color on Steam to gold/yellow. Remember that Moderators have ORANGE color. People are already using this thing to scam others. How? They use an old method, but this time with a gold username and tell others that they're from Valve Staff or Mods. So basically - If someone with a gold nick adds you be careful. Also if you wanna check it yourself - don't do it: This exploit has been already reported to Valve, but they still didn't answer.
