I listen to it once a day, ALWAYS in the morning, usually with a cup or coffee or black tea, both without sugar. I usually close my eyes and and just imagine I'm chilling on the beach in Thailand or the Maldives or whatever... just a place far far away, with beautiful sandy shores and crystal clear blue waters. It always makes me feel better and let's say that it just gives me that proper start of the day. Damn, wish I could afford a 2-week holiday over there, sadly it would cost a few thousand bucks and it's pretty much unaffordable for me, since I'm saving up for an apartment.
