I wanted to use that money to buy some stuff from online shops and Aliexpress but sadly Aliexpress no longer supports PayPal payment, but supports Credit Cards. Is there any way that i could somewhere create Free Virtual Credit Card and link it to my PayPal account and then use that VCC to buy stuff from Aliexpress? I dont have Bank Account or Debit/Credit Card (if i had i would just use it and not want to have VCC, duh), so im looking for site where i can creat VCC for free (not like EntroPay where you have to put money from other card or bank account) or at least use PayPal money or PaySafeCard to create/activate VCC. As i said i want to create VCC to link it to PayPal and that way be able to use money from PayPal to spend in online stores and Aliexpress using that card...
