How do you create a buy order?

I can't find the 'buy' button anywhere on any item's stat page, so did backpack change where is it or can only premium users place buy orders?

You can place a buy order by pressing the "+" button under the buy orders section.

Go to the stats page of the item you want to buy by either searching for it in the search bar or by clicking the "stats" button when you hover over an item. Keep in mind that killstreaked items each have different stats pages.

Then click on the button above the current buy orders, example shown here,
