So, the "Memory Leak A Rather Festive Tree" needs to be lowered. 1 of 2 in existence, the other has been owned by the same person for nearly a year, he clearly is not going to sell his. I spent about 8 days bumping it at only 40 to 43 Keys, on 3 sites, but got no interest. I finally sold it for 39, seen below. That was the most I could possibly get out of it.
