Pyroman
stats.tf can recognise if an item was unboxed, but it can't tell from which crate it comes from, so if the item was previously unboxable it would include unboxes from all crates

Pyroman
Cold Killer came out of last years nice crate indeed spartan was included in #22 I believe, and greande in #19, the apparel in last year's fall crate
F CHARLIE
indeed spartan was included in #22 I believe, and greande in #19, the apparel in last year's fall crate I have looked at several crates. Crate 1 - http://stats.tf/item/5022/series/1/Mann_Co._Supply_Crate_%231 As far as I can see I havn't figured out how it arrived at the number on the crate view. If you check the guadalahara's page there doesn't seem to be a way to combine the numbers to match 5908 http://stats.tf/item/247/Old_Guadalajara

That can be explained by unusuals being old enough to have bugged origins (i.e. traded instead of unboxed)
There
Well, one thing I've noticed is that the amount of salvaged crates has stayed the same for the past year or so. Is this correct?
AwesomeMcCoolName
Well, one thing I've noticed is that the amount of salvaged crates has stayed the same for the past year or so. Is this correct? Has the number stayed the same, or has the graph not changed? Because the way stats.tf works is it counts any item it can find. So once a crate is unboxed its destroyed--and therefore treated as if it never existed.
