Follow the guide in the OP and it took me around 10 minutes to finish from scratch (including the crate/key sidequest) Just watch out for the sniper and you will be fine. Take key I kept going northwest until I reached the concrete wall blocking me from continuing north and the ocean blocking me from continuing west. Now what?
