Wonder if this is true? Or a further example of the internets lying to me . . . . Well, that assumption is predicated on the fact that there are no new halloween veils. The newest effect veil is 3rd gen/robo. So....pay attention to the quantity of robo/3rd gen and see if any change. Looking over the number in game of a few effects here and there, it looks like the last update was around the end of august.
