Luigiofthegods
Here's a situation. You've created a listing for an item you're trying to sell, and you're waiting for responses. Suddenly, you find a buy order for your item, and you offer on it. But the buyer is offline, and you're worried that someone else will make another offer on your listing. You don't want to disappoint them, or cancel the trade only to have the other buyer reject the trade anyways and have to set it up all over again. That's where this flag comes in. At any time, you can click a button on the listing to flag it as unavailable, with a message saying "negotiation pending" or something along those lines. Then you can conveniently disable the trade without having to close it.
Mengh.
Nearly every trader goes on a first come (add/trade offer), first serve basis and don't look to wait for an offline buyer when there may be multiple.
