Store untredable items dates when become tredable in base too

Just noticed when I browsed old inventories, items that are bought from market and untredable in particular time, they lose information about becoming tredable date. That thing can be useful in pricing unusuals; finding prices they are paid for on market, so it would be nice to BP keep their dates in base too

It wouldn't be retroactive, because the data doesn't exist. Could be implemented as a "from now on" thing though.

I've been having this issue too. Any item that has a price, like keys, have no price when they are not tradable.
