Show original values in Unusual Pricelist hat effect section

Maybe if you hover over the hat effect, show the original value? It would make  unusual suggesters' life more easier. (and lazier  )

If brad did this why not just fix the USD storage entirely, instead of showing when you hover just make it show up normally...

Indeed. Hopefully all of this will just be fixed with the pending update, so this won't be necessary
