Well the patriot sale isnt "misrepresented" the mini may be slightly too low, but it would be close to the other sales anyway. Was 80 pure or was that hats as well? if it was pure, Id root for 80 flat. if it was hats, the range will be okay as well

It was outdated hats with further minis.

You can cap that at 105. It has been for sale at that for a month or so; definitely worth capping (it sold like a day after it was relisted at 150, so the seller had it listed at 105 nearly the full time he had been selling it.)

Hmm, tricky one. If I recall correctly, your BO was 11 and you sold it in a few days for as far as I can see. Theres two other sales (from and to scraptf) that would really go against such a large raise, as well as the other two sales (which are both 12, albeit old).

 

In this case I would either go 12 flat (with that pure sale and that banana sale which ends up @12 as well) - and omit the tomi sale; it has been there for a few days at 11 and the tomi couldve easily been qsed for more, so the buyer likely wasnt thinking about the situation properly (often indicating outlier sales) - or, alternatively you could wait and see if more sales happen. With none on the market atm, Id probably go for the 12 flat option (as a raise seems to be in order) in this case.

If the item's stat page does not influence the price of its regular equivalent, then it can be done. Im not 100% sure about that, but I presume it'll have its own stat page.

There are six buyers on classifieds for 1.55 ref, there are only five sellers on backpack.tf currently, 4 for 1.66 ref (one of them is me), 1 for 2.33

WIth a sale at 1.66 and one buyer at 1.66 you can make it 1.66 flat. You can use the buyers as supportive for the raise

This also greatly depends on what the items involved were, and how long 180 has been on the market. What taunt is it and what are the sales concretely?

 

Given the info I currently have, I would probably make the taunt 155-165 and use that to update the "200" item it sold for, to give that a range, but then again, that fully depends on what the sales were, and how long 180 has been selling etc. For instance, the "215" sale on that may be in overvalued items

Sorry for the late reply; I usually check this frequently, but missed this for the past few days.

 

Regarding the first sale: the screenshot does not work for me (gives me an error), but the histories match, so that should still be fine

 

Regarding the 2nd sale: 

That seems to amount for about 10-15 keys of value, which is definitely low. given that a lot of obscure killstreak skins were involved, it is very likely that the buyer in that trade abused the scm sellers value of one or more of them to convince the seller (seems inexperienced) they were worth more. Its best to leave that for what it is and to disregard it for suggestion purposes.

 

Regarding sale 3:

For scm sales, you usually take a range with what the buyer pays and what the seller receives (so your calculation as low end and that same calc without the 1.15 as high end, probably around 30 here)

 

That leaves us with 2 sales here, sales that are rather far apart: A SCM sale around 25-30 keys and an item sale at 50. I would say another sale is needed here to determine which of the two is the outlier

Well, that first sale should not be used here. If anything, that should be used to price the lid (although I believe the lid is in-date). Sales of that nature are not suitable for pricing the individual pieces of one side of the trade, but should rather be used to update the high-end hat on the other side of the trade.

 

I know the seller of the sale that happened prior to that lid sale, and Im fairly sure he sold it for around 120 keys. The sale happened pretty fast (he gradually lowered his BO and only inactively sold on the classifieds as he is outpost banned) and can probably be excluded from the range, but it gets me to think this whole range will be on the high side. On a similar note, the sale prior to the conga sale was a bulksale for a PE exe; that too should not be used for the pig, but with this raise in mind, that sale would be 400+ on the exe. As an owner of that exe I can tell you that - however much Id want that - that'd make the exe too high

I think the scope and the aa will both be on the high side at current pricing, and Im uncomfortable setting a high end based on hats with no possible minis, especially not with the facts I have presented in mind, so I generally dont know about this.

If you make that trade, you could wait for the other two hats to sell and get minis, but if you want to update it now I would go 190 flat and rule 120 and ~250 (the outdated hat sale) outliers, yeah.
