Possibly premature suggestions have been left open in the past in anticipation that they will be right soon enough (the price was rising predictably). I don't see that applying here. Because nothing can stop "key for X ref + 1 scrap" machine on outpost. And nothing will stop dummies from following it on backpack.tf and calling it "reporting the price".
