I need a new EDC pen and pocket knife

Must be $100 or less each, and I would prefer them to be pleasing to the eye and something that can handle normal use. Any suggestions? I prefer stuff on the heavy side for both pens and knives, and like wood aesthetics.

Wood brings Opinel knives to mind, though they're not the type of folder you can really open with one hand if that's an issue. They've got a nice, simple look with an entirely wooden handle and are relatively inexpensive.

Opinel knives are beautiful. I recently got one for my brother and he loves them! They're quite cheap and they're actually incredibly sharp... As for pens, I really like uniball signos.

I've had my Kershaw Blur for quite a few years now, it is a solid knife and Kershaw allows you to send it back for a tune up any time, which is super handy for people like myself who don't know much about knife upkeep. No wood aesthetics I'm afraid.

mine is something very close to this

A friend had one of these, was a very quality knife, but is cutting it close money-wise
