Unusual Bat effects glitched?

Hi,

 

I have not been able to find anyone else talking about this. There is a strange thing that happens when you use the "adjust unusual" slider on the new Halloween bat effects. Watch this to see what I mean:

 

Now I love this effect and think it looks really cool having the bat fly in and land on your head, however it seems pretty buggy. I'm not sure if it's a feature of the effect or a glitch because it works sometimes but not others.

 

As far as I can tell it only works on servers that have replays disabled and only works sometimes.

 

Has anyone else noticed this? Or know anything more about it?

Just saying...but why is your bat so pixelated?

 

pretty sure it's a glitch (if this video is real) The slider only changes the y axis of the effect so it only goes up/down

The power surge moves pretty fast, that would be so damn annoying ;;

It also happens to my Power Surge Cosa Nostra from time to time. It becomes really hard to sneak around to sneak around when that particle effect chooses to betray me like that.
