So somebody offered me this unusual for my ausy rl - http://backpack.tf/item/350482415

Unfortunately, he is a marked scammer. Will I get banned if I make this trade?

no, but you shouldnt

Knowingly trading with marked scammers is grounds for a permanent ban both on bp.tf and outpost.

An accidental trade will just be 3 days to a week for us and 2 weeks on outpost if it's your first time.

How can u tell if it's accidental or knowingly? Sees like it wud be hard to tell unless they make a thread like this.

Yup. It's always treated as accidental unless there's something like this. Sometimes we get screenshots from people on their friend's about them bragging about quickbuying from scammers. But in general, it's really rare.

"If it's too good to be true, it usually is"
I bet you didn't ask him where he got that unusual and how.
Even if the offer is good, you should NEVER trade with marked scammers or alt of scammers, the ban is more than fair in such cases.
