Bonzeye Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 So I'm looking to buy a new mouse. Got my eye on the Zowie brand, but I'm open to anything. Not looking for anything too big/heavy, or with too many fancy/unnecessary buttons/features (not a fan of the g502 for example) I need some suggestions for what I could get with under 80 dollars, thanks. Also, it needs to be compatible with mac. (pls don't laugh at me guys
halcyon Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 My favorite mouse hands down is the steelseries rival 300. It's great for TF2 but especially amazing for CSGO which I play more.
jun Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Corsair Vengeance M65 Note: NOT THE Corsair GAMING M65. They are different in design and color, but whatever works for you
Nobel_H Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 If you do go for a Zowie, make sure it is one of the newer ones branded under BenQ, they have Omron switches instead of Huano switches. Make sure you have a suitable surface for any Zowie mice. They all have a low LOD. As an example, my Zowie FK1 does not track at all on plain paper, it only tracks on my Zowie G-TF Speed.
Erik Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 G502 Logitech seems to be nice. If you are looking for cheap + quality mouse (and keyboard) then purchase a CM Storm Devestator Set. I have it myself and it's really awesome. Keyboard aswell. Should be ~40 bucks which is cheap for a gaming set. I don't know if you can plug it in your MacBook/iMac but I don't think that should be a problem.
Huchick Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Logitech G300. Its got 2 buttons on the left side which you can bind. It's a nice small sort of mouse and has a couple lights. Its got rubber grips on the side and its pretty cheap.

Its got rubber grips on the side and its pretty cheap. In my opinion that design is flawed. The extra buttons are on the extreme borders and sideway, not to mention they are put so you have to use your index finger and not your thumb. Sideway buttons are much better, you can make advantage of the thumb to easily reach and click the buttons and click even if the index finger is already busy (like clicking heads for example lol). ------------------------------------ For who does not know how the G300 is made, take a close look
