Yeah i won't, when i confronted him about hs tag he told me that since his inven is private no one could trace a trade xD Didn't want to do trades with people like that. Shame though since he offered a good trade

You can't trade with anyone marked, no matter how silly the reason, unless you fancy being marked yourself. Stay safe.

Because of SR's stupidity, you can't trade with him. What's so dumb about the policy is the fact that he ran 1,000 days ago...around 3 years. Of course, if he files an appeal it will probably take that amount of time to be read and/or dealt with. Tough luck.

Yeh very true, but on the other hand...

 

If he took half of the time and effort he's spent convincing people to trade with him (including me, he offered on one of my unusuals a few days ago but I noped him) and instead applied that time and effort to making amends and getting unmarked, he'd have been unmarked long ago, probably. Yes, steamrep is pants, but I'm sure he could have added/nagged a madmin until they looked at his case.

 

At the least, if someone had a stupid 3-year old ban and a pending appeal showing they'd made amends--even if the appeal never got looked at--I'd consider trading with them. But with the resources at his disposal, he hasn't made any attempt to get the mark removed or make things right, as far as I can see. Which makes a big difference.
