Budget Computer Build

I'm going to create a budget computer build to play not very demanding titles (TF2, CS:GO, Borderlands 2, Arma etc.).

I'm very new to the budget area so I need some help deciding some parts, here's my computer build so far. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheBawzz12/saved/

My Budget for this build is: $500

I'm looking for a power supply that's suitable for my build so far.

If there are any suggestions for the build/parts, please reply to the topic.

Thanks

Also consider purchasing Windows if you don't already have a copy, and a disc drive if needed. Best of luck!

I would go with an Athlon instead because some games like GTA 5 don't run very well on a dual core now.
