"only whites can be racist"

Blacks are are 13% of the population and they make up 38% in prisons. Whites are 78% of the population and make up 35% of prison population. Can anybody explain why this is without using the word racist?\

Isnt that surprising, racism against blacks isnt exactly a thing of the distant past, the older generations lived in a time and still remember when they were considered to be the "dirt" of the world, singled out unwelcome to work in a "white" society hence the word "white privilege" where if you were black you didnt get the same opportunities as the white...etc

 

This would also take an effect on the next generation, growing up in families short on money, unable to pay off debt which can lead to breaking the law...etc. Many "thugs" are a product of their environment rather than actually waning to be a thug/criminal. Just because we live in a decent society doesnt mean the previous generation did and that will effect the generation after as well.

I also think a lot of problems with young black men are also from growing up in single mother households, but I don't think anybody wants to talk about that...
