Yes I can buy weed legally (de facto, technically it is not legal but you won't be arrested for buying, selling or owning). I do this at the coffeeshop. No they don't sell coffee there, they sell weed. Yes we are all relatively tall. I think the average for men is ~185 (6'1 for dummies). I'm slightly above average at 192.
