Because they have better proof than you? What's the point in trying to update buds for the first suggestion, i never understood. If you can't hold that you need better quality of proof rather than a craft hat - don't.

Hex and surs gave valid proof to create a suggestion. You on the other hand, tried to manipulate for your own gain. You ban was justified.

You should read the rules carefully.

It is logical that the first category of analysis specifically looks at the first ruler within the period; Tsar Nicholas II. More accurately, how he and his government’s policies, in relation to repression of the people, compare and contrast to that of Stalin’s. An aspect of these two leaders often overlooked is how they both utilise the faith, the religion, of the people to aid in reducing their opposition. Nicholas’ method is almost immediately obvious; when a divisive or outright disliked decision was made, of which there were many, such as declaring war on Japan or allowing Grigori Rasputin to become close to the royal family, Nicholas II ‘took refuge in a fatalistic religious belief that he was in God's hands.[1] Stalin’s use is less obvious; although his policy of religious repression was both brutal and unerring, during WWII, Stalin, like Nicholas, realised that allowing the Russian people to worship could bolster his position in power, and, in 1943, ‘Stalin reached a quiet "concordat" with not only Orthodox but Muslim clergy, exchanging support for the war for a temporary end to persecution.’[2] In this regard, there is continuity throughout the period.  Although Nicholas relied almost permanently on his ‘divine right’ and Stalin rarely did so, the opposite is true when it comes to ‘regular’ repression, through the use of murder or, in Stalin’s case, Gulags – prison camps. This can be seen through the standout events of Nicholas II’s rule, such as Bloody Sunday or the Lena Goldfields massacre. Although ‘about a thousand were shot down, of whom 150 were killed1’ at the Winter Palace on January 9th, 1905, this freak incident is exactly that; this incident deviated from the norm, brought huge repercussions to the stability of the Tsar’s position in power. Contrast Stalin, who, for instance, terrorised ‘the unions of factory workers, a network that encompassed 22 million members[3], imprisoned five million people within the Gulag system at its peak, and, in addition, is known to have personally signed many millions of death warrants, managed to retain power, largely unchallenged, for 26 years. The difference lies with the public opinion of these leaders; the Tsar’s autocratic system was disliked for favouring the wealthy, spending extortionate amounts on the military and stagnating Russia into an overwhelmingly and increasingly backwards state, and therefore incidents such as Bloody Sunday were not tolerated. In Stalin’s case, his leadership was causing Russia’s economy and infrastructure to grow at an unprecedented rate; between 1928 and 1937, electricity production within Russia increased by over 1500%, for example. Stalin was also a determining factor in Russia’s victory during WWII. Many would argue that, in this instance, ‘the ends justify the means;’ it was found that ‘one-quarter or more of Russian adults say they would definitely or probably vote for Stalin were he alive and running for president, though the author evidently disagrees, noting that the man should be ‘viewed with revulsion.[4] The views of Nina Khrushchev echo that of the Russian population, insisting ‘since [the denunciation of Stalin at the Twentieth Communist Party Congress] we have lived increasingly useless and dirtier lives.’[5]

I think you need to read the rules once more. Your understanding towards suggestions are clearly not enough.
