H15 Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 Decorated items in backpack.tf profiles and in actual steam backpacks are having different exterior qualities, e.g. - steam backpack says the item is Factory New, then i look the same profile on backpack.tf and it tells that it is actually Minimal Wear.
