And if you also aged, you couldn't actually do anything after 100-150. You could eventually replace your worn out organs with new ones grown in a laboratory using your own DNA as a basis. That technology is already here, but it's not anywhere near affordability for the average person yet. There's also the eventual possibility of replacing organs with synthetics... making you a cyborg.
