I lost my entire inventory, $3.3k. What do I do.

I got phished by steamguard.exe and they took all my items.

Worst of all, I didn't have email verification on.

What should I do? I feel so lost, and so confused on what I should do.

Unfortunately you are SOL, shit out of luck. It sucks, but you're only option is to just quit or rebuild. Only way to put a positive spin on it would be looking at how much actual money you invested, hopefully it was considerably less than 3K, or maybe you cashed out some already and can look at that as some "profit".

Rest in peace man. I am sorry. I got pished too, 2 months ago. The thing that helped me was that i realised i can still put that email verification to ON (Was on off at the time of hijack). and i got lucky. Recovered my 2k shit.

Pretty sure that I will sound like a dick if I say this, but fuck it.

This is what happens if you are unaware of scammers/hackers and steam has said that they won't refund if you have gmail confirmations disabled.

GL on rebuilding your inventory
