WOuld there be a way to tell how many of an item exsists that are actually obtainable, not just sitting in an inactive users backpack?

Searching websites such as outpost, bazzar, trading post? 

I do not believe there is a way to search for active users, though I may be wrong.

but it doesn't tell you who has what items and what if they have it but not up for trade at the moment?
