I recently traded for an aces softcap and when I wear the softcap with the set and my other cosmetics, it doesn't look to bad. It's not super flashy like burning or something like that, but it's still noticeable, and isn't horrendously ugly like TW and KaW. I'll probably trade it away anyways whenever a decent offer comes up though. Also some of the robo hats aren't to ugly like the tin gallon. Especially robot big chief, which looks pretty badass. But then there's things like the plumbers pipe which looks absolutely disgusting. ANYWAYS what effects that are ruled out as cancer do you guys actually think look decent? Most people consider basically all third gen effects, and some of the robot effects cancer. funkle Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 - I like C9, Miami on specific hats - Disco isnt too bad - I could dig Dead Pres on some MvM scout hats if it goes with the loadout - Overclocked and Memory Leak are actually 2 Robo effects I don't mind. I love the look. - I don't like Burning and Scorching. Overused. People take way to much pride in those effects, especially when it's on a shit hat.
