Can old offers/sales be used to price unusuals that have old prices?

Not sure about whether or not we're supposed to use old proof for old prices. Doesn't seem to reflect the current value. Is this allowed?

Well, in my opinion as long as it's more recent than the old price? (obvs more recent the better)

 

Take the best of 2 options, either the extremely outdated price, or the one that is "less" outdated? xD
