Sylvan
Can someone find me the video that the whole "Welcome to Team Fortress 2, after nine years in development..." thing was from? I can't seem to find it. Thanks, and have a wonderful day!
NICK THE THIRD
It's on the developer's commentary in the PC and console versions of TF2. MUCH easier to find in the console versions, cuz its on the main menu
Bobsplosion
On PC, from the main menu, the bottom button that looks like a speech bubble, then pick Gravelpit. The commentary is the first speech bubble outside blu spawn.

Ziphy
If you wanted to get the sound file to edit/reuse, you need GCFScape installed. Find the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\tf2_sound_misc_dir.vpk and open it. Inside GCFScape, it is sound\commentary\tf2-comment000.wav If you have SourceFilmmaker installed, the file is already extracted in (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\SourceFilmmaker\game\tf\sound\commentary Hope this helped
