Why are spells selling in keys in items but in cents on SCM?

Can someone explain to me what's going on here:

80 cents on market. Also, the spectral spectrum suggestion for a key when it's selling for 20-30 cents on market. How is that even a thing?

 

I understand that you can't open up your game when you have a spell in your bp, making for some inconvenience, but I would have figured people would have easily circumvented that with alts by now. I could understand if there was a small discrepancy to account for convenience, but people should be swarming for easy profit if this is really true - thereby leveling the prices out.

it's just backpack.tf bug, there are none of them on market

New SCM rules and cooldown, a lot of items (both in Dota2 & TF2) rised on SCM due to less items being traded and available - More CSGO higher tier stuff (from what I've seen at least) is being traded because they are getting ready for update. People who mixed SCM with Steam trading are leaving SCM behind more, leaving demand higher for trading.
