Space Jesus
1.65 should be fine, would probably have more to do with your RAM or Mobo?

Bakgrund
why are you overvolting your ram?
AwesomeMcCoolName
why are you overvolting your ram? "faster" ram (usually 2133mhz and up) runs at 1.65v. Anyways, it's fine, although, I will say that if you have an unlocked cpu (i.e. you're going to be overclocking) then overclocked ram causes instabilities with cpu overclocks (and since ram overclocks are pretty much meaningless) you will likely be running your ram at stock speeds (1600mhz), in which case it will be at 1.5v.
