Is there any way to suggest prices for an odd leveled item?

I had a level 100 vintage ambassador for about a month, which backpack told me was worth 8 keys. I got it as an overpay, which was cool. 

Anyhow, upon trying every trade site imaginable, I realized that said item was really not worth 8 keys. I didn't get a single bite the entire time I listed it. 

 

I ended up getting rid of it for a couple Steam games, but I've seen them sit on sites like outpost being unsold for 4. 

 

Anyway, that's not really the point.

 

Is there any way I can suggest only changing the suggested value of the level 100, not other vintage ambassadors? It seems like most of the others are pretty stable, but I can tell you for sure that the suggested value of the level 100 is not reflected correctly. I'd like to suggest an update, but I can't seem to figure out a way. I have proof, oh trust me, I have proof. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

there is no way to do it using the suggestion process on the main site.  There is currently a pretty popular suggestion in the forums to remove the algorithm all together: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/2445-remove-level-bonuses/ - you can show your support/opinions there if you'd like
