add a 'Halloween' classification in the search section of the classifieds

I like to buy cheap craft hats off of the classifieds and auction them or donate them to events on the server I moderate on. For this, a nice search with the right qualifications checked off, goes nicely, until I have to skip past the over 100 pages of halloween costume pieces and voodoo souls to get to the craft hats. An option in the classifieds search where you could turn halloween only cosmetics on or off would be a good idea, especially with the recent release of even more hoards of halloween costume pieces.

2012 and 2014 halloween cosmetics can be used in crafting.
