Restrict suggestions on currency items

Basically, I'd like to see some sort of system where you must have certain credentials in order to suggest on really important items, the main one (of course) being keys. I was thinking that you'd have to be at least be above a White Belt to suggest keys. This makes sure that you have to be confident that you're not making a troll suggestion for the item, because god knows how sick we are of them.

Not to mention, this would encourage newbies to suggest more before they can do the inevitable manipulation... and I'm sure most of them will have learned by then.

A bunch of people have been successful making a currency suggestion in their first suggestion. Perhaps for all suggestions, a person must have voted at least once. But bad suggestions are easy to close, and some times the suggestor learns how to make better when someone gives them helpful links.

How about they must have at least 100 right votes in order to make a currency suggestion that way they can get a idea of what a good suggestion looks like.

Perhaps... except 100 is too big a number. Perhaps 25 or 30 correct votes?

100 really isn't that much though; I can easily get over 200 in one month from a majority of them being no proof suggestions. If the person checks the new suggestions frequently and starts learning how to spot the no proof suggestions, they should have no problem accumulating the points.

Here are some accepted key suggestions made by no belts or they were no belts at the time:

Not to mention many of these had other no belts/low tier suggesters competing for the better range

It isnt very hard to just downvote a proofless suggestion and ignore the comments, just enjoy the free rep and it doesnt bother the mods since it takes 1 second to close.
