Selfies!

Hey, don't blame us! You were the only country who voted them in, it was Scotland that painted itself yellow!

The SNP are as xenophobic and thuggish as UKIP and perhaps even the BNP, yet champagne socialists love them for some reason. National(ist) Socialism doesn't exactly have a good reputation, either. You can whine about poverty and cuts (and yet we elected Thatcher instead of Foot, funny thing that), but parties like the SNP and Labour (who love to spend more money than they have and then blame somebody else for increasing poverty) are a joke. Union bosses themselves are simply greedy militants, the majority are more interested in themselves than the people they represent. It's sad really, because if Blair hadn't screwed up the Iraq War and naming Brown as his successor, then perhaps there would be less Guardian reading keyboard warriors and thugs about, harassing others who don't share hard-left views but are instead centre-ground etc. But then again, Corbyn and Sturgeon are bound to screw up sometime.

I'm from yorkshire, we're all labour here, lol. Blame the fuckin south.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election/2015/results all that red looks pretty localised to me, and rightly so. Stereotyping isn't exactly nice, either.

Congratulations on turning some lighthearted banter in the "Selfies!" thread into an aggressive and vindictive attack against the SNP and Labour. Not sure what your objective was so I'm not sure if you consider it complete or not, but this isn't PRS. I had a response written but I no longer have any desire to post it here. Let's get back on topic.

I didn't start politicising this thread, you did. All I did in return was offer my own viewpoint (the thread's a bit one-sided otherwise). I'm sure the folks over at Tumblr would be interested to hear more, if you'd like to continue venting about how the electorate are so disconnected from mainstream society as to vote in a bunch of people who derive joy from making the poor suffer.

I'm amazed. From a peaceful discussion between Teeny and I involving light political humour, you've somehow deduced that I'm "venting" my political views. Not once did I mention suffering, disconnection or the like, you're putting words in my mouth. Lay off and calm down.

It's a joke in an unrelated thread, calm yourself. Someone also said the scottish weather is always bad, you gonna write 1000 words on how that's inaccurate too? :P

I used to think it was worth responding to you, but you're simply exhausting and I decided I'm just not interested in engaging with you.

At the very least you could confine your political views to your status updates rather than these threads. That was the reason I stopped talking to you over our previous argument. Thank goodness I've been away this weekend.

People with differing opinions are exhausting, as if I haven't heard that one before.

If only others could do the same. Humour's fine (hey literally anything and everything can be mocked/parodied) but just plain shitting on portions of a country for the way they may (or may not) vote isn't exactly nice.

I suspect you in particular hear it a lot. I'm not replying to you again. Good day.
