Remove Automatic Changes to high-end when fixing low-end

Title is a little verbose and complicated, but let me explain what I mean.

 

Take this Unusual Sunbeams Prince Tavish's Crown suggestion page for example: http://backpack.tf/vote/342/5/17

 

Enter any range you want, i.e. 7-8 buds is fine, now if you change the low-end at all, say to 7.3 buds, you end up with the range 7.3-7.3 buds instead of 7.3-8 buds. I find this task of having to manually change back the high-end to 8 buds or the original amount I inputted tedious, and had I not noticed it I might have accidentally submitted a flat range and would have needed to close my suggestion in order to open a new one. I personally see no reason for this to remain the same, however, if there is a certain need for it in the site's, then I suppose it can remain. I would simply like to know the reason if there is one.
