Miami Nights, Disco Beat Down, Cloud 9 & Roboactive are decent. The other new effects aren't that good.

No, obviously not, but to slam them under nb is wierd. Some of new effects r god tier, flat out. Memory leak, while weak, is better than bottem 1/3 of previous.

Best overall effect would have to be Cloudy Moon. No doubt about it. As for each effect of a particular set...

Manno-Technology Update: Stormy Storm

Halloween 2011: Cloudy Moon

Halloween 2012: Knifestorm

Robotic Boogaloo: Time Warp/Green Black Hole

Moved the robo effects to the halloween effects and added the new effects to the normal "new" effects.

Secret to everybody isn't god tier just intetesting and rare. Plasma's are better but also not god tier.

I am using these terms incorrectly then. I am using them in the context of this question as it pertains to appeal. Not thier value rank as it is now.

Yes, for example some Cauldron TCs were unboxed last year and the effect was released in 2011.

I am gonna put this out there. Antifreeze and Roboactive solidly crush Burning and Scorching. Seen both. Boom, crushed.
