Backpack.tf Error, This users backpack could not be retrieved?

Hey so im trying to view the value of my backpack but everytime i try to look, it says This users backpack could not be retrieved. Why?? How do I fix this?

I would recommend trying to set your backpack settings to public.

 

You would go to profile, then inventory, click on more and go to Internet Privacy Settings.

 

From there, scroll to inventory, and click "Public"

Inventory is not private. I can see his backpack via the Steam Community.

Also, do you happen to be using the hat clipping thing? If you block the media servers this might be an effect of that.

It's on the site's end because I can't see his backpack. I can't see it on my computer (which doesn't have equip_region glitch enabled) nor my phone, but I can see his backpack via the Steam Community.
