His name is krochka86. He will add you and say his friend wanted too add you but couldn't. He provides you a link. When you get to the site it looks like steam, but you are not logged in. When you try to, it says you need to run a program to get you logged in. DON"T RUN IT. THEY WILL SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY IN YOUR STEAM WALLET.

Reported him, he bought some things off the market, gonna change my password.

How do i get refunded for the items I didn't buy?

These phishers use random accounts for a while till steam gives it back to the original owner. They dump a bunch of items into them and try and sell that backpack to someone for pure or cash.

I could just post my Blocked Users list and tell everyone not to add these people, but I don't... Please, no more :c

No, use. There are thousands and thousands others that you have not blocked yet, not to mention how many are getting created every day. Over that, they use hijacked account as decoy as well.

You are very very late. There are countless of phisher bots out there.

Please read this if you are not aware of any of these, there are few others...These are just some of the scam and phishing methods : http://www.tf2confidential.com/phishing-hacking-malicious-activity/

You're highly unlikely to receive a refund for the items bought from the SCM due to a no refund policy, but you can make a Steam Support Ticket and provide the necessary information proving that you were indeed hijack to possibly get your items back.

I recommend reading this thread for further information.
