Some players don't really care. In general, lower tier hats matter less if they're duped because the players that can only afford the lower tiers generally are less picky than those that deal with higher end items. I'd recommend to do exactly the opposite of what ADAMPOKE111 said to do. Be honest when trading your unusuals. Having a good reputation is a major part of trading. However, don't feel forced to lower your price simply because it's duped. If the buyer is lowballing because of that, you can definitely find a better buyer.
