Many 'older' games where cards are plenty old.

Tf2 is pretty cheap[even tho the cards rose a bit due to the summer sale]

You can pretty much just go through the badges I've already done. That will get you pretty much all the cheap ones.

There's a FAQ out there somewhere but it's basically:

 

Each level increases your maximum amount of friends by 5

Starting at level 10 you can get foil cards and booster packs. The chance to get them is increased every 10 levels

At every 10th level, you get another showcase you can put on your profile

False. You can get a booster pack/foil card at any level. I've gotten plenty of booster packs and even a foil from the winter sale while I was level 6.
