What if the Exquisite Rack became a misc instead of the Soldier's Stash?

Blablahblalbalbalhl. mISCHPYHEHUEEU.  The Stash is so expensive today MAINLY due to the fact that valve made it a misc. But what if Valve made the rack a misc instead of the Soldier Stash? How would that effect the game/economy/crap/hats?

Stash is already a misc, i doubt Valve would revert it back to being a hat.

 

Rack was pretty damn hyped before the update came in, a lot of people were expecting that at least a hat would be turned into a misc...but that just didn't happen.

 

If the Rack is made a misc, the unusual versions would skyrocket like the stash did. And the previously ''under-rated'' soldier hat, would now be considered top tier, and a favorite.

Assume stash was not a misc, and rack was, then it would probably be of similar price, or the stash would be more cos it's retired, but thanks to the fact that the stash is not only a misc but also retired, it makes people overprice it by a lot, like really a lot, where it almost seems like extortion.
