Cloning

Personally I think cloning would be pretty cool.

But there is a moral issue here.

Say you have a dog and you want to clone it so it won't die.

The problem is it won't have all the memories of the original dog.

Why would you make a thread about something if you're not going to post anything?

Most if not all the arguments against it are religious bullshit, so I'm all for it. If it can be mastered, imagine the possibilities of this.

Living things. Not cell division.

It's not just cell division, the two separated parts are direct clones of the original.

^Right, + cells are the smallest level of life form. Mitosis = cloning of living things. Also, asexual reproduction is considered cloning too. Starfish and earthworms can clone themselves.

All for it.

The solution possibilities as a result from cloning could change the world forever.

End world hunger.

Effectively live forever - assuming we could reverse cell decay from aging.

As chief said, its all religious bullshit holding back a true research field.

Religion and science have never mixed.

If you want to discuss abortion, make a new thread.
