buy my stormy storm bonk boy

For a quicksell.

get css xc

Already have it.

make sure to download "picture.exe" into your system 32 folder.

You aren't funny.

download more RAM

People with Alienware laptops crash on G-mod, and those are god-like. I highly doubt ram is the problem.

You don't run Gmod. It will never crash that way.

You aren't funny.

You get a microwave instead of a toaster.

Then how will I make toast and waffles?

do you have any more info, like what happens before you crash and when

Nothing. Runs perfectly fine, then a random crash. Sometimes crashes while i'm setting up ragdolls, sometimes it just crashes when i'm just standing.

delete system 32.

Sure thing Python Jr.

Aw, it wasn't funny? It was a legitimate solution.

Anyway, have you verified the integrity of the game cache yet?

It wasn't a solution. It was pure stupidity and completely unnecessary.

Don't believe so, but i'll try that.

Not sure either.

A solution is any means to solve a given problem. You're current problem is that Gmod keeps crashing. If you never open Gmod then it can never crash, effectively solving your problem. So, yes it was a legitimate solution, just not the best solution for your case.

Failed as in it is fixing the game files, or failed as in there was nothing wrong with the files?

You were being a smartass. Nobody likes a smartass.

It went to 100% then it said files failed.

Just cached again and it worked this time, going to try it out.

Fair enough. Hopefully it fixed it.

Try these steps:

  • Completely exit the Steam client.
  • Open the run dialogue by pressing windows key + r (you can also navigate here from the start menu by typing run).
  • Type steam://flushconfig then press enter. (If asked to allow this website to open a program, please click Allow or OK).
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now, launch Steam directly from the installation folder, not from a pre-existing shortcut (~C:\program files (x86)\Steam).
  • The Steam application will either appear as Steam or Steam.exe depending on whether your settings show file extensions.
