Key suggestion rules

I'll probably get a lot of hate from regular forum posters, biased or not. But as the title states, I want some key suggestion rules to be set into place, or just some general things with suggestions to differ how some people look at bp.tf.

1. Change the arrow when something goes up or down.

What I mean by this is, instead of having that green up arrow or red down arrow, have 2 buttons that, when hovered over, 1 says the previous value and the other the new suggested value. This prevents people from thinking that keys are going to continually go up in value, and instead making them think that the suggested price is what keys are going for, keeping keys how they naturally should be, without bp.tf influencing them. This rule could carry over to other less stable items.

2. A user that is suggesting a price for keys/earbuds must have at least 1-5 suggestions done (up to the mods) or the suggest a new price button isn't there for them. This prevents the hundreds of troll suggestions that come in.

3. Have a bot automatically post on a key suggestion:

I would like to remind the community to please stay on topic regarding the suggestion. What is relevant here are; personal experiences on the key trades, additional proof, issues with the provided proof, counterproof against suggested range, and thoughts on what range is most appropriate based on these factors. Community opinion on these matters is extremely important and off-topic matters distract from them severely.

In order to try to keep discussion on-topic, spam and unnecessary off-topic discussion (including discussion of the broader economy) will be hidden. Abuse and rudeness will not be tolerated. For discussions on the economy and other tangential topics, we recommend the forums; http://forums.backpack.tf/

For discussion on keys in regards to the impact on the economy, this topic in particular is recommended; http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6090-the-one-and-only-key-price-topic/

For concerns about how the site is treating comments in key suggestions, feel free to start a topic in the following forum;http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/forum/20-general-website-discussions/

These rules and guidelines apply to all key suggestions, past and present. In order to reduce potential confusion, the mod team is posting this summary in order to help bring attention to—and remind users of—these policies.

(this is what cleverpun posts on key suggestions)

THIS PLEASE!

Might actually get a few people to also learn how suggestions work so we dont get so many ignorant comments all the time.

Why not a particular reputation instead? Also, a particular reputation to post comments on key suggestions would be nice (lower than required for suggestions).

While I agree so much with this, literally my second price suggestion on backpack.tf was a key suggestion, and it passed...

I definitely don't recommend posting an important suggestion with little to no experience like I did, because people generally find every mistake in every white belt suggestion unless it has a ton of valid proof. And you'll receive negative community voting score (blind voters are a contributing factor of that).
