56MinuteMek
Didn't know where else to post this, but I need somewhere to post this . After being scammed for my Cloudy Moon Bonk Helm a few months ago due to a chargeback scammer, it's been a pretty long journey back up. I recently bought a Miami Nights Conquistador and was trying to sell it (pretty hard sale). About 11.15pm GMT+8 Time (30 Minutes ago), I received a trade offer, seemingly of an O.Planets Master's Yellow Belt, excited about finally getting rid of the Conquistador and quite sleepy due to days of late nights , I quickly clicked accept, and started to make a trade on Outpost, Bazaar, etc. Still oblivious to the fact that I've actually traded for an O. Planets Soldiered Sensei, roughly 30 Keys lower in price, I started offering the hat. To my surprise at the time, and my quick shock and disbelief shortly after, I found out that I had traded for a Soldiered Sensei. http://imgur.com/rpv2OOg ^Trade History My immediate reaction was to add that guy, only to be ignored and I finally resorted to commenting on some of his OP Trades. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19919499#p55365171 Normally, I would be kicking myself for my stupidity (and I am), but it kinda bugs me that without looking closely, the Soldiered Sensei looks a lot like the Yellow Belt for someone who isn't familiar with the hats and that this guy probably/possibly knew, and even managed to get the values of the Yellow Belt so close to the price I wanted, not some ridiculous overpay if it really was an accident. d0 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Well, regardless if you got sharked/missread something I don't think you should enter one of his trades and post irrelevent things to the trade itself. He doesn't ignore you, so perhaps add him instead and talk to him.

Castiel666xD
I got offered an unusual modest on one of my trades which was overpay by about ~1 bud on my item. So scrub me just added the guy without steam repping him or checking for dupes (I was new to unusual trading) The guy put up this hat that had been renamed to the modest but was actually a backbiters billycock! Thank god i noticed the red exclamation and read the description closely or else I would have lost 3 buds. Same effect, different hat, but similar look. I've been there man, feels bad getting scammed though Best of luck selling it and I hope the fucker has a hard time reselling your hat. (Also I think it's scamming if you say it's one hat but it's actually another one which looks similar, especially if you try to rename/paint it or something)
♛ AlphaOmega ♛
Well, it is generally hard to catch sarcasm without either doing "....." or (sarcasm). I dont know if you know this, but reading words is different from speaking. And sarcasm is VERY much a spoken retort. In response over all, that's a shame. I won't lie; you did something stupid. The best thing to do now is make the most. However, I don't think this is something that needs this much publicity and doing it wont, like, ruin his rep. Just sayin. Anyway, best of luck. Lamedonyx
Also I think it's scamming if you say it's one hat but it's actually another one which looks similar, especially if you try to rename/paint it or something) Technically, it would be scamming if in the trade, he had put up the Belt, and changed it for the Soldered. Same if he renamed the Soldered, since he is trying to sell you something else than what he proposed. However, in this case, it would be sharking, since he never said it was not a Belt, and only took advantage of 56minute's ingorance
praise
A glitch happened that caused me to put my Hearts handle on the steam market for $14. Oh and be careful with trade offers.
