Can anyone explain?......

Suggestions are looked at holistically. Votes are only part of it. Ultimatley the mods have final call no matter what the votes are since a lot of people vote for their own benefit, or based on what they believe, rather than voting based on proof/sales.

Thats why most key suggestions have negatives scores, and why the commenents generally work like this: Anyone in favor of raising prices has a negative score, and anyone who thinks the price needs to be lowered has a positive score, even when the former provides hundreds of proofs and the latter provides nothing.

The type of voters:

Those that vote for personal gain.

Those that vote based on what their opinion is (rather than fact)

Those that actually go through all the proof available and vote based on that

P.s. look at the proof he provided, do you think its wrong?

P.P.s Its worth noting that its generally harder to raise an unusuals price as people expect them to just get lower and lower (especially on low tier unusuals). Additionally, a lot of people will vote based on the range itself. Since unusuals usuaully have a range (and most suggestions without one fail) people tend to downvote any unusual suggestion that doesn't have a range.
