Subscribing Suggestions

Recommended Posts

Name says it.

If you have a suggestion that e.g. wants to unprice a new unusual, and has 2 sales (1 invalid), and the suggestor says he will find another sale, you can either stay neutral(no rep), stay downvoted(-rep if accepted) or upvoted (-rep if rejected), before forgetting about it.

My idea:

A 'subscribe' button like the 'subscribe item' button, enabling the option that you will get a notification about activities at the suggestion.

That's it actually, have a good one

I believe this will be a very useful addition. I think that instead of just getting notifications of replies that other people made towards you in the suggestion, this button could enable all comments in the suggestion to be notified. However, you may run a risk of getting spammed by notifications. Probably need to think of a way to get around this.

Examples keeps on pouring in...

Another reason why this should be implemented is because sometimes mod do makes mistakes and overlook things and accept suggestions such as THIS ONE being subscribed to suggestions, people can take a look and see the mistake and can quickly hot fix it. This suggestion was not noticed by anyone until one user stumbled upon it and notified on the status update.
