Unusual Weapon Skin Unboxed

I unboxed an unusual weapon skin, and I'm panicking because I don't know what to do with it. I make terrible decisions all the time.

It is a (Field Tested) Mannana Peeled War Paint with the Hot unusual effect. It isn't strange.

So heres my questions,

Should I sell it or keep it, apply it to a weapon, and sell it later if I want?

If I do sell it, how many keys is it worth?

If I apply it, what weapon and how much would that weapon be worth?

I think I should apply it to a weapon it will cost more on, so that if I do decide to sell it I get the biggest bang for my buck.

PLEASE let me know. I don't know where to look for pricing but I have been looking at outpost and seeing things from 20-30 keys, but I think that is only if it's factory new.

How would applying it make it cost more? Anyone could apply a paint to any wep they want but once its used, they can only use that one weapon.
